Featuring brand new arrangements of popular hymns such as “Down By The Riverside”, “Standing On The Promises” and “It Is Well With My Soul,” Steeple People is a new musical comedy about a gospel quartet preparing for a three city national tour of Ghana.
Set in Stinking Creek, Tennessee, the group is hosting a charity drive for their upcoming trip. Since their church was hit by a delinquent tornado and is still under construction, the local high school has offered up their gymnasium as the venue for the fund raiser.
You will laugh and sing along with this witty cast of characters as they bring their beautiful harmonies to the La Comedia stage for the first time!
