Servers
Must be 19 years old. Responsibilities include setting dining room, greeting/seating guests, taking and delivering drink and dessert orders, processing payments, clearing tables. Must be friendly, have high customer service skills, and able to work in a faced-paced environment.
Hosts
Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, inviting guests to the buffet, cashing out servers, assisting servers, and some cleaning duties. Focus on customer service, problem solving, and arithmetic capabilities.
Food-prep
Responsibilities include prepping and preparing salads, breads, dressing, and desserts. Individuals also operate the buffet and make sure buffet is consistently stocked and cleaned during dinner service. Must be effective in a fast paced environment.
Cooks
Responsibilities include prepping and preparing hot foods for buffet including baking and frying items. Must be effective in a fast paced environment.
Bussers
Responsibilities include greeting/seating customers, stocking server stations, assisting in dining room set up, and clearing dining room tables during dinner service.
Dishwasher
Responsibilities include sorting dishing in bus tubs from servers, cleaning dishes, pans, silverware with assistance of dish machine. Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs. and focus on cleanliness.
