Box Office Attendant
Duties
– Provide excellent guest services and hospitality to all patrons.
– Assist with customer service inquiries and provide information about theater events.
– Handle in person and phone transactions for ticket sales.
– Assist with theater operations, including ticket sales.
– Manage conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
Qualifications
– Strong customer service skills, phone etiquette, and the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals.
– Cash handling experience is preferred.
– Knowledge or interest in theater is a plus.
– Excellent communication.
– Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations effectively.
All Shifts available Monday thru Sunday between the hours of 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
